Have A Question For Us?

One of our favorite things about this new business adventure is being able to really engage with the public and answer any questions you may have.

Over the past few months, we kept a tab on the most frequently asked questions and thought it would be a great idea to compose a blog post containing said questions!

If you read through this list and have additional questions, great! Send us an email to info@wrvcampground.com and we would love to chat!

1. What Do I Need When I Check In?

First of all, we’re so happy you’ve chosen to stay with us!

Upon arrival, it would be great to have your reservation information on hand. This includes: The primary occupant, site letter & number, and check-in date.

Check-in time is after 12:00 pm, and check-out time is 10:00 am. Please note that any items left on the campsite will be removed immediately after check-out time!

2. What Are Your Hours of Operation?

Hours of operation are from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. Should you not be arriving within those hours on the first day/night that your reservation begins, please let us know as we will do our best to accommodate you.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. Sound travels easily between campsites so be sure to remember to speak in a low voice during your stay!

3. Are There Fire pits On The Campsites?

Yes, there are fire pits which can be rented at the Tuck Shop for the duration of your stay. Firewood can be purchased, as needed.

You can help protect our forests from the spread of hidden, tree-killing insects by obtaining firewood from the campground directly.

Guests are not permitted to bring their own fire pits due to safety and fire management reasons.

You might see some debris on the forest floor that could be used for kindling, but we ask you to not disrupt the ecological space by removing any of it. Kindling is available in the Tuck Shop.

4. Can I Bring A Generator?

Portable generators are not permitted since sites have access to electrical service.

If your recreation vehicle has a generator within it, we ask that they are used during the hours of 8am-10am and 4pm-7pm.

Please be mindful of how generator noise affects other campers and ensure that you are at your campsite when running the generator.

5. How Many Tents Can I Set Up On My Site?

Only two tents are allowed at each campsite. Please reserve another campsite if you are bringing more than two tents.

This includes screen houses, pop-up shelters, and canopies.

6. What Is Your Nightly Rate?

Our nightly rate is $41.00 +HST

7. Do You Offer Seasonal Rates?

Yes, we do! We have two options for our seasonal rates:

Standard 30 Amp Site: $4495.00 +HST

Standard 50 Amp Site: $4995.00 +HST
